What foods should Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Cerasuolo be paired with?

Excellent red to go with pasta dishes (try those flavoured with grated seasoned pecorino cheese), barbecued meats, roasts. It is an excellent wine with lamb, both stewed and roast.

With cured meats and with dry soups and broths. Good with tripe.
